SEC. 01 — OUR STORY
Goal: explain why the business exists and the philosophy behind the work — this is what turns "a plumber" into "our plumber."

Our Story & Mission

Beacon started in 2009 with one truck and a simple frustration: too many Millbrook homeowners were getting quotes that changed after the work was already torn open.

Founder Tom Reyes built the company around a different standard — quote it honestly, do it right the first time, and treat every house like it's the one you grew up in. That standard is still how we hire, train, and price every job.

Sixteen years later, Beacon is a team of twelve, still locally owned, still answering our own phones.

SEC. 02 — MEET THE TEAM
Goal: real photos and short bios — people let strangers into their homes far more easily when they've already "met" them online.

Case Study

The Hendersons' Christmas Eve pipe burst.

A supply line let go behind the Hendersons' kitchen wall on Christmas Eve, flooding the lower floor. They called our emergency line at 6:40pm — Marcus was on-site by 7:15.

The leak was isolated within 20 minutes, the damaged section replaced that night, and a full repair report was left for their insurance claim.
